Tara Cyphers

Tara Cyphers is assistant director at the Ohio State University Press where she oversees the editorial, design and production departments; serves as an acquiring editor; and is a member of the press leadership team.

She also has experience as a journals manager, as an editorial coordinator with a reading/literacy research journal, and as a production editor at a commercial textbook publisher. She served on the Board of Directors for the Association of University Presses (2023–2026).
