Professor White Speaks at 2025 Cyber Summit

Congratulations to Dr. Scott White for being a part of the 2025 Cyber Summit organized by the Potomac Officers Club, a membership organization within the government contracting community.

Dr. White, associate professor and director of the cybersecurity undergraduate program, participated in Panel A: Leveraging Big Data and Advanced Analytics to Enhance Cybersecurity: Christopher Jones (Moderator), Lam Nguyen, Dr. Jacob Vargis, Dr. Scott White, Pete Ranks, and Ron Bras.

Cyber threats are constantly adapting, and in this dynamic environment, federal agencies face unprecedented challenges in securing their data and infrastructure. The Potomac Officers Club's 2025 Cyber Summit brought together leading cyber experts, government decision makers and industry executives to explore innovative solutions for a secure and resilient public sector. The agenda was packed and the speaker list was long, offering robust networking and learning opportunities at the gathering.
