Mr. Delinski is the Program Director for the Bachelor's and Master's Degree programs in Homeland Security.
Mr. Delinski retired from the Metro Transit Police Department in 2014 following 25 years of distinguished service, culminating in his role as Deputy Chief of Patrol Operations. In that position, he led a team of over 300 officers and command staff, while actively collaborating with local, state, and federal law enforcement leaders across the Washington, D.C. region.
Throughout his career, Mr. Delinski held a wide range of key assignments, including Commander of the Training Division, District Commander, Deputy Chief of the Homeland Security, Intelligence, and Investigations Bureau, Public Information Officer, and Homeland Security Grant Administrator. He also served as co-chair of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments Police Chiefs Committee, strengthening regional coordination and public safety initiatives.
