GW Offers Free Virtual Spring Group Fitness Classes

Join GW Campus Recreation on ZOOM for daily group fitness classes. Classes are free this spring and open to all GW students, faculty and staff! This schedule will run from January 11 - May 2, with a variety of cardio/strength classes and mind/body classes.

After submitting your one-time registration form, you will receive an email with the Zoom class link within 1 to 2 business days. The link will be the same for all classes.
