Eva A. Vincze, PhD. is a leadership coach, facilitator, and learning and development consultant with 30+ years leading organizational learning and professional development initiatives in the private, corporate and government sectors. She has extensive experience in applied research and training in the areas of computer crime, behavioral psychology and organizational development. She specializes in developing soft skills training for cybersecurity and other technical professions.

For seventeen years she directed a professional graduate program in High Technology Crime Investigation at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She coached and developed hundreds of individuals transitioning into or enhancing their skills in cybersecurity, developing their management and decision-making skills. She also taught in the program. She developed a variety of cybersecurity scenario-based training and curriculums for classroom, hybrid and online presentation.

She provides coaching services to executives in the non-profit sector and consulting services to universities, government agencies and the business sector in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning experiences.
