Tara Kim Eberhart is the Practice and Docketing Director at Dentons LLP, the largest law firm in the world.  At Dentons, Tara is responsible for the Dentons US Intellectual Property, Capital Markets and Federal Regulatory Practice Groups, the national Paralegal Services program where she develops, implements, and aligns the firm wide mission of the paralegal program with the firm's overall strategic objectives and the two national Docketing departments (General/Litigation and IP&T).

Prior to that, she was the Director of Paralegal Services and a Senior Firm-Wide Paralegal Manager at McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP and a Senior Paralegal specializing in Intellectual Property litigation at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP.

Professor Eberhart is the President-Elect and a member of the Executive Committee for the International Practice Management Association (IPMA).  She is a past president of the National Capital Area Paralegal Association (NCAPA), a member of the advisory boards of NCAPA and The George Washington University Paralegal Studies program, and a frequent speaker, lecturer and author on a variety of topics related to legal operations and the legal industry at large.
