Patricia Racicot Manso, J.D., Ph.D., is a lawyer with extensive experience in the private sector and government with law degrees in both the common law and civil law systems.
Over the last 12 years, she has worked for USAID and the U.S. Department of State in the field of stability and reconstruction and complex security environments, specializing in rule of law and donor coordination. Her field experience includes a year on the Baghdad Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) in Iraq.
For over 20 years Manso specialized in corporate law and foreign investment in law offices in the United States, Latin America and Europe. She is fluent in French, Spanish, and German.
She has been admitted to the Bars of California, New York and the District of Columbia.
