Professor Badawi is the Co-Founder & Principal of the Pollack Badawi Group (PBG), a boutique legal search firm focused on partner and associate hiring. She identifies, recruits and integrates top talent, while ensuring that the individual needs of employers and candidates are met with each search.

She also teaches as an adjunct professor in the GW College of Professional Studies Paralegal Studies Program, teaching graduate level students in American Jurisprudence and Advanced Legal Writing.

Previously she served as the Associate Director of the George Washington University Law School’s Center for Professional Development and Career Strategy. She specialized in legal careers in intellectual property, government contracts, national security, and energy and environmental law.

Prior to that she was an attorney with Barnes & Thornburg focusing on commercial restructuring, refinancing, and representation of creditors in commercial bankruptcy. Before that she worked at the Indiana Perinatal Network and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
