Professor Badawi is the Co-Founder & Principal of the Pollack Badawi Group (PBG), a boutique legal search firm focused on partner and associate hiring. She has counseled over 500 law graduates and attorneys in strategic decision-making to advance their careers and find their professional home at law firms, businesses, and the government.

Previously she served as the Associate Director of the George Washington University Law School’s Center for Professional Development and Career Strategy. She started her legal career as a law clerk to Judge Ronna Lee Beck at the D.C. Superior Court and then as an associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP.

She serves as an adjunct professor in the GW College of Professional Studies Paralegal Studies Program, teaching graduate level students in American Jurisprudence and Advanced Legal Writing.

Professor Badawi is the Secretary for the Asian American Pacific American Bar Association of the Greater D.C. Area. She is also a frequent presenter on career and professional development for legal professionals.
