Throughout his career, Mr. Priest has analyzed data to identify trends and patterns with a focus on its applications to enhance decision making speed and effectiveness. This has included the design of analysis tools and data visualizations leading to dramatic cost savings and operational improvements. His career began in the hi-tech manufacturing industry and included stints in logistics and quality control.

Through a series of grants, he established the computer science curriculum for DC Public Schools, including a Cybersecurity course leading to COMPTIA Security+ certification.

Currently he is Chief Operating Officer for the Washington Education Zone, an education startup establishing career-oriented training programs, including bootcamps and evening courses.
